UTILITY COIN PROGRAM:

  1. When you buy utility coin program you are entitled to get, use, or avail the products or services offered by ARFPL subject to the available coin balance in your account. Thereis no maximum limit of buying of utility coins.
  2. You are advised to go through all terms & conditions before buying utility coin program. Under no circumstances any issue regarding refund or adjust of payment shall be entertained once the transaction is complete.
  3. Once the utility coins are purchased, under no circumstances the amount paid to ARFPL to avail the program shall be refunded. The coins shall be credited to your account once the transactions are complete and successful. A receipt shall be generated once the transaction is successful.
  4. It shall be noted that due to any error, if any amount is deducted from your payment end, but does not reflect to ARFPL account, no utility coins shall be credited to your account till the amount is credited to ARFPL.
  5. It shall be noted that any deductions from your payment methods shall be raised to the concerned payment authority. ARFPL shall not be held liable for such disputes.  
  6. Utility coin program is not time barred. The utility coin balance in your account will not be lapsed till those are utilised to avail products or services offered by ARFPL. Utility coins cannot be used or redeemed for any other purpose other than to avail products or services offered by ARFPL from time to time.
  7. Utility coins availed by you shall remain credited in your account whether active or inactive till the account is closed or terminated.
  8. It shall be noted that utility coins cannot be transferred or redeemed or exchanged to any other accounts or parties.
  9. On termination of account by you or by the ARFPL, the balance in utility coin program shall be lapsed and no refund or claim can be made for that purpose.
  10. It shall be noted that ARFPL reserves the rights to change any terms & conditions at any given time. No prior notifications shall be given for that purpose. You can access amended terms & conditions from the website.
