 "ARFPL Service" shall include Feature Films, Ad Films, Documentary Films, Corporate Films, Corporate Ad, Music Videos, Music Album, Film & Video Editing, All types of Design, Script Writing, Story Idea Development, Branding, Brand Promotion, Web Promotion, Web Marketing, Print Shoot, Product Photography, Model Photography, Print Ad, Casting, Line Production.
 “Business Partners” – Shall refer to any individual, group of individuals defined under law with whom ARFPL or ARFPL Entities have a contractual relationship and not limited to Merchants, Advertisers, Deal partners, Financial institutions, switch interface partners.

• The documents which are provided by the user to avail ARFPL services shall be true & correct. The documents to prove your original identity may be verified when needed.

E. ARFPL Services
ARFPL and ARFPL Entities provide services to showcase your talent in the film and its allied industry, to provide assignment, to promote you talent, to build your career in various fields of media & entertainment industry. When you register with us you further agree and acknowledge the terms of use of ARFPL Services provided on ARFPL Platform.
 

F. ARFPL Account - ARFPL Account is the account that you create when you sign-up/register with in ARFILMS website.

• This account allows you to access ARFPL Platform, browse through the ARFPL Service, make payment using debit card, credit cards or net banking collectively known as („Payment Gateway Services?) to avail specific ARFPL services on ARFPL Platform or on Participating Platforms.
• You would need to register by providing additional information in order to make payment via Unified Payment Interface (“UPI”) and Pre-Paid Instruments (“PPI”) services to make payments to buy utility coins using these modes of payments.
• We do not store or share any payment information with any one and do not take any responsibility for any disruption or loss of funds or unsuccessful transaction while making payment to ARFPL or its entities.

G. Utility Coin facility:
ARFPL offers various services through www.avijitroyfilms.com to cater the needs of rookie or experienced personnel who want to make a mark in film & its allied industries. To enjoy the full services provided by ARFPL or its entities, one has to enroll Utility Coins Program with ARFILMS by paying nominal fee as per the terms & conditions laid down.
If you enroll into our Utility Coins Program, we may or will collect and store your personal information such as name, contact number, email address, communication address, date of birth, gender, pin code, demographic and work details which is provided by you to ARFPL or a third-party business partner that operates online/offline establishments or platforms where you can buy Utility Coins for availing of our services. We may also collect your information related to your transactions on ARFPL platform. The benefit of buying “Utility Coins” is to get authenticate job notifications and support to build your career from ARFPL and creating an opportunity to get recruited by ARFPL or its associates or its tie up business partner or third-party business partner. In such cases ARFPL shall or may share your personal information such as name, phone no. photo to those entities having a business relationship with ARFPL.
